Homemade organic salad with potatoes from Pat Heung Shui Lau Tin Experimental Organic Farm
MC's Tomato Mother
"How can I tell when to harvest?"
"Look at the leaves. When they grow yellow, it is time that their function is over. The potatoes underneath have matured.
Bugs will eat them up if they are not harvested in time."
"Here come the dinosaur eggs!
One, two, three and four!"
"Not enough nutrients.
Many more I grew in my school garden."
"The cabbage is very crispy and sweet. "
"No need to put a lot of seasoning or other ingredients. Just cook in water."
"Can you take away some of these?
They are cramming together,
not enough space to grow."
Strawberries are maturing.
" Next week, the hiking team will come for a visit and then have pun choi near Sheung Tsui."
"How many are coming?"
"My goodness! What a big group!"
"Yeah, hikers and their families, with foreigners"
